Your role

As a Customer/Technical Training Analyst, you will contribute to the development of training for Dell Technologies Services, their partners, and customers. You will work within project teams to ensure that courses and assessments are technically accurate and relevant to the current field environment.

You will:

• Design, Develop, and author, or edit basic, intermediate, and advanced e-learning, web-based, and classroom curricula to a variety of audiences including employees, end-user customers, partners, resellers, distributors, or systems integrators
• Develop Technical Content in a team environment
• Developing content that is more engaging to the learners.
• Creating simulations
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams
