Your role

As an Analyst Project/Program Management, you will be responsible for:

• Support APJ, EMEA, and AMER working hours on a rotation basis.
• Manage partners to deliver ARS service to customers within the required SLA which includes order dispatch, service schedule, reporting, payment, customer call back, etc.
• Ensure the delivery of the service meets contract specifications and supports large and complex project delivery.
• Support internal stakeholders for e-waste recycling programs and continued growth of Advancing Sustainability programs.
• Timely review of operation metrics (CE, cycle time, open call, pending payment) and improve the operational performance.
