Your role

The investment is for the longer term to develop you as the HR practitioners of the future. As such,  Global HR Rotational Program aims to give allow talented HR professionals the opportunity to experience 3 different types of HR roles over a period of 3 years to prepare them with the experience and expertise needed to succeed in their roles.

You will:

Every 12 months you will rotate to a new assignment that will be individually structured to leverage your academic experience in order to enhance your HR knowledge and create a personalized development plan best suited for you. Some of the different areas you could move to include:

  • Mergers & Acquisition
  • HR Services Organization
  • HR Business Partner

Training, development & rotations

Compensation & benefits

The salary of a Fresh Graduate at Dell Malaysia ranges from  MYR 30,000 to MYR 32,000 per year. Globally Dell offers a wide range of benefits to its employees which include:

About you

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's student in the field of Human Resources
  • Work experience in HR (or relevant) is preferred
  • Strong drive for results
  • Effective team player and cross-functional contributor
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Passion for analytics

This position will require that you develop throughout the program:

  • Your level of autonomy and require only general supervision/direction to complete work.
  • The capability to take on a leadership role in driving projects and representing the team.
  • Take on an active role in new and innovative solutions, and work “outside the box”.
  • A problem-solving attitude.
  • Good presentation skills.
