Your role

Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Implement, maintain, and deploy customer applications as well as support technical complex deployments
• Provide excellent customer support, where planning and communication skills are vital. This includes making configurations for deployments based on customers’ requirements.
• Support in analyzing and resolving customer incidents (via 3DS support tickets), which can be outside office hours and/or during weekends.
• Ensure Dassault Systèmes hosted environment runs smoothly and grows with the needs of a fast-developing and demanding international organization of professionals involved in 24/7 operations
• Assist the team in overall day-to-day operations & work on shift rotation to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing/completed Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar fields.
• Good communication skills in verbal & written English with a proactive communication style and a customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of business integration and related protocols like SOAP, REST API, and sFTP is a plus.
• Familiarity with the implementation/setup/configuration of Enterprise Software Applications and knowledge of networking components (Firewall, Load balancers, and protocols like TCP/IP) is an added advantage.
