Job description:
Meet sales targets by securing new quality loans in line with management decisions on the portfolio mix of products and customers
Maintain excellent business relationships with internal and external customers and dealers to create business leads and opportunities
Received loan/financing applications from dealers/customers/salesman and ensure documents received are in accordance with Auto credit underwriting guidelines requirement
Ensure consent for credit bureau checking is given by the customer before proceeding further on the loan/financing applications compliance
Interview applicants (by phone/in person) and conduct KYC/CDD and ECDD for higher-risk customer
Authentication of identification, income, and vehicle documents compliance
Create credit application in Auto Credit System (ACS). Perform data entry (SDE & FDE) in ACS and ensure data keyed in is complete and accurate
Ensure Credit Application is created timely to meet targeted Turnaround Time compliance
Perform CTO's inquiry for (i) all non-individual applications. (ii) all individual applications that exceed AFS’s DA and (iii) other than the above as and when required
Keep dealers updated daily on the status of cases submitted
Supervise and ensure timely issuance of Letter of Undertaking to the dealer and follow up on the execution of HP agreement and other related documents
Serve Product Disclosure Sheet (PDS) and brief customer/s on the contents of the HP agreement and witness the execution of the Agreement compliance
Investigate and follow up on cases that have been delayed for approval and disbursement
Prepare a proposal for panel dealership and other facilities applied by panel dealers
Conduct site visits when required
Prepare reports for the Business Manager as and when required
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time

About you
Requirement
Diploma / Higher Diploma/ Degree Qualification in Banking-related discipline, Finance, and Management.
Fresh graduate or with min 1 year of work experience in the Banking or Auto Finance industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to build business relationships with dealers.
