Your role

CIMB-PwC

The CIMB Fusion program with PriceWaterhouseCoopers is a four-year joint employment program designed to give fresh graduates the opportunity to simultaneously achieve their professional accounting qualifications while also gaining work experience in the banking industry.

Year 1 & 2: You will be employed at PwC, working in audit while simultaneously pursuing either ACCA or ICAEW.
Year 3: This time will be spent at CIMB, giving you a holistic overview of the banking industry.
Year 4: You will return to PwC to complete your professional qualifications.

Eligibility
We welcome applications from outstanding graduates with a Second Class (Upper) or equivalent in Accounting and Finance.

CIMB-Accenture

This is a two-year joint employment program between Accenture and CIMB Group, designed to give fresh graduates a unique opportunity to gain career experience in two highly competitive and prestigious industries - consulting and finance.

You will work with Accenture in your first year, building your consulting experience in either management or technology. Subsequently, you will spend your second year with us gaining a holistic overview of the banking industry.

CIMB-DXC Technology

This CIMB Fusion program is a collaboration between DXC Technology and CIMB Group. The impact of technology in the world of finance is far-reaching. Graduates will have a unique opportunity to hone their skills as banking professionals whilst working with one of the world’s largest technology companies.

You will be employed by DXC Technology in the first year, allowing you to pursue your career pathway within the tech industry. Subsequently, you will spend your second year with us gaining a holistic overview of the banking sector.

Eligibility
We welcome graduates with a Second Class (Upper) or equivalent in tech-related fields.

CIMB-ZICOlaw

This is a three-year joint employment program between ZICOlaw and CIMB Group and will suit the exceptional law graduate who seeks to be well-versed in another industry whilst undergoing the rigors of lawyering.

It begins with two years of chambering at ZICOlaw. Year 3 will be spent with us, gaining a holistic overview of the banking sector.

We welcome fresh graduates with a degree in law.

CIMB-Teach for Malaysia

Designed to help fresh graduates and young professionals emerge as socially-conscious leaders who are equipped with the technical skills required to excel in the financial industry, this is a three-year employment program between Teach For Malaysia and CIMB Group.

In this program, you will spend two years with the Teach For Malaysia Fellowship, sharpening your leadership skills by teaching in high-need schools across Malaysia.

In Year 3, you will be gaining a holistic overview of the banking sector during your time with us.

Eligibility
We welcome fresh graduates and young professionals below the age of 26 from all degree backgrounds.
