Your role

Junior Relationship Manager (JRM) is an exclusive graduate program to accelerate fresh graduates’ career track into professional bankers within the 2 years of the program.

Training, development & rotations

Intensive Training and On-the-Job Training (18 months)

As a Junior Relationship Manager, you’ll be personally coached by high-fliers of the bank, while expanding your banking knowledge with the various pieces of training.

Within 6 months, you will be equipped with an array of licenses and certifications

You will be polished as a holistic banker in no time.

Criteria

• Fresh graduate with amazing people skills;
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field;
• Good CGPA (above 3.0);
• Enthusiastic, mobile, and independent;
• Possessing professional qualifications & licensing will be an added advantage (CFP, CFA, FIMM, IPPC, PCE, TBE, CEILI, PRS).
