Your role

In this role, you'll collaborate with Carsome's experienced professionals to streamline vendor operations, optimize logistics processes, and ensure seamless coordination between suppliers and the organization. This internship will provide valuable insights into vendor management within the logistics industry, providing a solid foundation for a future career in supply chain management.

Your day-to-day:

• Monitor the performance of trailer vendor companies.
• Keep track of vendor performance data using spreadsheets.
• Track any backlogs in deliveries or collections.
• Update and manage systems related to vendor management (CMS & TMS).
• Attend bi-weekly meetings with the vendors.
• Review and process daily Puspakom listings.
• Submit a weekly bundle of listings
• Update systems related to Puspakom.

About you

Qualifications you need to meet for this role:

• Good command of English & B. Malaysia.
• Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
• Skill(s): PowerPoint, Word, & Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, listening & communication skills
