Your role

Carsome is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Document Management Intern to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to data entry, document management, and information updates in the Content Management System (CMS). The role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Your day-to-day:

Data Entry & Update:

• Accurately enter data into various systems and databases.
• Update existing records and information to ensure data accuracy.

Extract & Download Documents:

• Retrieve and download documents from various sources, such as emails, websites, or cloud storage.
• Organize and maintain a systematic document management system.

Document Printing:

• Prepare and print documents as needed, following established guidelines.

Salient Update into CMS System:

• Update important information, documents, and data in the Content Management System.
• Ensure that all content is accurate and up to date.

Assigned Tasks:

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor that are necessary for the efficient operation of the team and organization.
