Your role
Carsome is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic interns to join their team and provide essential support in the day-to-day management of their facilities and operations. Your day-to-day
Facility management
Assist in the day-to-day management of facilities.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and project planning.
Participate in CCTV screening and monitoring activities.
Administrative support
Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
Collaborate with different departments to streamline administrative processes such as finance and operations.
Financial efficiency
Monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency in facility management.
Security and safety
Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure a secure working environment and protect properties and assets.
Collaboration
Collaborate with regional property teams and MY property planning & management for seamless operations.
Training & development
The Carsome Academy, established by Carsome Group in Malaysia, offers a comprehensive training and development program for interns. Here are the key details:
Curriculum: The program combines theoretical and practical learning. Interns attend three months of theoretical lessons at Carsome Academy, followed by nine months of hands-on training at a Carsome Inspection Centre.
Certification: Upon successful completion, interns graduate with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 qualifications, which are recognized by the Malaysian government and technical industries.
Job Placement: Carsome Academy not only equips interns with skills but also guarantees job placement within Carsome upon graduation
