Your role

Job purpose

The intern will work closely with project managers and team members to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

  • Assist project managers in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules
  • Conduct research and collect data to support project objectives
  • Participate in project meetings and document key discussions and action items
  • Help monitor project progress and track key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
  • Support in preparing project reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
  • Project documentation control
  • Other duties as assigned

About you

Requirements for this internship:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in engineering, prefer mechanical engineering/chemical engineering
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
  • Willing to be based at Port Klang
