Your role

As an IT Assistant at Bosch Malaysia, you will:

  • Perform day-to-day Helpdesk responsibilities including responding to IT request, Troubleshooting, and new joiner On-Boarding
  • Manage and maintain all IT Infrastructure such as Hardware, Software, and Network
  • Responsible for new equipment or product of IT system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration (including project implementation and coordination)
  • Basic network/server setup and troubleshooting
  • Support on Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshoot on Hardware, Software, Network, Server, and Printers
  • Maintained IT Hardware, Software audit, and IT Hardware disposal records
  • Provide user guidelines to frequently problems occurred
  • May require standby support after office hours during system maintenance
  • Any other hoc task assigned by the Superior/Head of the Department

About you

To join Bosch Malaysia as an IT Assistant, you must have:

  • Diploma in IT or its equivalent (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken is preferred).
  • Strong admin and coordination skills needed
  • Knowledge of Basic IT Infrastructure (PC/Notebook, printers, and peripherals).
  • Customer-centric and service mindset.
  • Knowledge of the principles of client/server applications
  • Knowledge of Office applications and relevant product components.
  • Knowledge of User administration, Active Directory, and Monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of Data Security concepts.
