Your role

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Claim Management
  • Exposure to Display and Semiconductor related knowledge
  • Exposure to 8D reporting and CAPA approach
  • Support engineer in 8D Problem-Solving process,
  • Quality issue diagnosis and failure verification at production
  • Sample preparation for shipping
  • 8D problem-solving discussion with the internal and external team
  • Corrective action effectiveness monitoring
  • Data analysis and drive for improvement activities
• Lean Wave project
  • To coordinate the implementation of lean activities in the PQA team
  • To support for lean activities documentation and presentation material preparation
• PDI and sorting management
  • Exposure to Display and Lens Cover related knowledge
  • To support for sorting management work (KANBAN
• PQA Tracker
  • To support updating the PQA tracker such as S-block status, Q2 compliance check, Q2 cycle time tracker, and PQApp usage percentage.

About you

To join this internship program at Bosch Malaysia, you need to meet the requirements below:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronic, and Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
