Your role

As an intern, your tasks and projects include:

Tasks : 

  • Assisting with cost analysis, simulation, and forecasting for various cost centers for Business Plan 2025 preparations for the HR Department
  • Supporting in HR Generalist topics and General Department Administrative Tasks
  • Assisting in survey preparation & data analytics assignment
  • Summarizing big data into presentable visualization formats
  • Support in overall Country HR topics including but not limited to Learning & Development and Resourcing

Projects : 

  • Assisting with HR Department process improvement projects
  • Digitalization of HR processes

About you

Requirements for this internship:

  • Candidate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resource discipline, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 months of internship attachment with Bosch.
  • Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Digital literacy and creative media (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) knowledge are an added advantage. 
  • Able to join by May / June 2024.
