- Fulfillment of Insurance campaigns and assist in the crafting of incentives programs with the insurance team.
- Research and provide analysis on competitors' insurance products offered and customer journey.
- Sending of EDM/SMS to renewal base (renewal is an Internal customer portal for insurance renewal.
- Support daily operations of the insurance team i.e being the liaison between our Sales teams and the insurance counterparts on daily operational work including manning the Insurance general email.
- Issue cover notes to customers via the insurance portal.
- Prepare management reporting and slides.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Good command of English, written and verbal.
