Your role

  • Design and implement HRDC claimable courses process within the organisation
  • Maintain and update records of all training courses conducted
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training courses
  • Manage all HRDC-related documentation and records keeping, keep track of all claims submission and status of reimbursement/credits/funds deduction
  • Liaise with HRDC on all matters pertaining to applications, submissions, queries, and claims.
  • Keep abreast with the latest HRDC developments
  • Maintain a database of qualified training vendors with contact details and areas of specialities, reference checks and previous engagement experience
  • Manage all administrative matters including training venue, refreshment, course material circulation, registration notification, etc
  • Manage and oversee administrative matters pertaining to public training for employees
  • Execute standard and ad-hoc reports for management review
  • Execute any other ad-hoc assignments and projects as and when required

About you

  • Preferably candidates with Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • One(1) year of relevant working experience is highly desirable
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Proficient in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in MS Office application & Zoom
