Your role

  • Assist the Talent team in executing various recruitment initiatives as outlined in the recruitment strategies to attract good external talents to meet the Firm’s current and future needs
  • Assist to update the Firm’s profile on various job portals
  • Assist in creating attractive content/material as part of recruitment branding and initiatives
  • Assist in any administrative tasks that may arise from recruitment initiatives
  • Assist to create, design and maintain attractive content for our social media platforms to engage potential recruits and staff, eventually leading to increased followers on our social media platforms
  • Able to create aesthetically pleasant graphics & content via designing tool (i.e. Canva) and to create basic video story line, work on editing and production of video for social media platforms

About you

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Management/Business Administration/Commerce or Mass Communication, or any related courses
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • A people person, who can work independently as well as in a group
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • An eye for details and is always meticulous with good working attitude
  • Creative, highly motivated and willingness to learn
  • Well versed and active across the social media platforms as a student
  • Able to create basic social media posts using computer software/apps (such as Canva) and basic video editing skill
  • Active participation in college/university club activities
  • Have held leadership roles in clubs and societies
  • Successfully planned and managed at least a university event
  • Participated in business or case study competitions is an advantage
