Your role

The intern is responsible for supporting the human resources team in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities of the human resources function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects and build real work experience.

As an Intern at BAT, you will be accountable for:

• Manage the compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees
• Provide administrative support to the team with the day-to-day activities
• Supporting the logistics and execution of internal events and projects
• Assist in conceptualizing and carrying out simplification of processes within the team
• Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

Essential experience, skills, and knowledge required are:

• Highly enthusiastic individual in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related disciplines
• 5 months of endless learning journey in BAT
• Hands-on in enabling systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI would be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, agile, and driven individual who is looking for a global platform to learn
• Able to demonstrate adaptability and strategic thinking
