As part of the Communication Services team, the candidate will support the team in creative projects and operational tasks, including visuals, graphics, icons, and videos.
Main tasks
To understand the BASF branding guidelines for all creative tasks.
To support creative tasks/activities by understanding briefs clearly.
To deliver creative ideas and designs that adhere to the BASF branding guidelines.
Develop content into attractive visuals using Adobe Suites / PowerPoint which delivers messages effectively and engagingly including:
Creation of charts, diagrams, shapes, icons, or imagery.
Redesign/makeover slide decks and/or documents.
Visualize concepts and design with the provided storyline into illustrations, infographics, motion graphics, etc. to a final product.
Work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (business and service units), with guidance from a Senior Specialist Designer, for internal and external designing tasks, ranging from posters, emailers, brochures, booth branding for trade fairs, sticker/badge design, etc.
Create and edit digital video content for internal and external communication (planned & ad-hoc)
About you
To apply for this role, you need to meet the requirements below:
Currently pursuing/completing your final year of bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Art and Design, Creative, Multimedia, or any related fields.
Available for a minimum 3-month internship.
Able to speak and write English.
Good knowledge in using Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, and Microsoft PowerPoint).
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies.
Proactive, strong collaborator with a positive mindset and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
