As part of the Infrastructure Services team, you will support the delivery of request management activities in the area of data center and cloud environments.
Responsibilities and key outcomes:
Participate in the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and change requests
Engage, enable, and collaborate with our internal customer and technical teams
Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
