Your role

Summary

Global Digital Services (GDS) is supporting BASF business in Digitalization transformation. BASF's MISSION is to drive forward the digital transformation of BASF, providing innovative, global, and high-quality digital products and services through a strong agile culture. As part of the GDS strategy, BASF Shared Services Center Kuala Lumpur (BSSCKL) is one of the established Digital Hub for the APAC region. 

As part of the Infrastructure Services team, you will support the delivery of request management activities in the area of data center and cloud environments.

Main responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Services Intern at BASF Malaysia, your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Participate in the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and change requests
  • Engage, enable, and collaborate with our internal customer and technical teams   
  • Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
