Your role

As a Human Resources (Project) Intern, here are the main areas of responsibilities and key activities that you will be doing:

  • Seek and reach out to potential vendors/service providers that offer products/services that align with company values as well as employee needs/interests.
  • Document discussion, negotiation, and agreement with vendor.
  • Facilitate communication between vendor and tax, finance & legal to ensure contract compliance.
  • Engage with vendors to communicate alternative or additional terms to align with long-term administrative capacity and company policy and process.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure activities are completed accurately and timely.

Training & Development

Interns will acquire a thorough understanding of the dynamic field of global supply chain management. Throughout your term, practical experience within an international company will be offered, providing exposure to daily challenges, processes, and insights from dedicated and skilled teams. Expect challenging tasks with significant responsibility across various projects, integrating you into the team from the onset. On-the-job training will be provided, ensuring you become integral team members.
