Your role

As part of the Digital Hub Kuala Lumpur steering team, you will support the team with the overall initiatives and operations, contributing to the development of one of the Global Digital Hubs driving BASF’s digital transformation. Responsibilities and tasks for the Digital Intern:

  • Support the definition and implementation of the Digital Hub Kuala Lumpur Objectives and Key Results (OKR) initiatives.
  • Collaborate in the day-to-day activities and discussions with the Digital Hub steering team to review and develop different concepts and processes, with a creative mindset.
  • Collaborate with content creation for Digital Hub’s communication channels focusing on employer branding and employee engagement.
  • Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help monitor and document relevant initiatives and processes.

Training & Development

Interns will acquire a thorough understanding of the dynamic field of global supply chain management. Throughout your term, practical experience within an international company will be offered, providing exposure to daily challenges, processes, and insights from dedicated and skilled teams. Expect challenging tasks with significant responsibility across various projects, integrating you into the team from the onset. On-the-job training will be provided, ensuring you become integral members of the team.

About you
