Your role

Responsibilities and tasks for the Collection Services Intern:

• Manage daily worklist in GetPaid system.
• Input customer commentaries/notes (including payment plan) in GetPaid system.
• Prepare necessary reporting and monitoring of CS KPIs/Targets for business partnering and month-end closure.
• Ad-hoc support on ongoing CS projects such as GetPaid and GB transition.
• Perform other collection tasks if needed.

Training & Development

Interns will acquire a thorough understanding of the dynamic field of global supply chain management. Throughout your term, practical experience within an international company will be offered, providing exposure to daily challenges, processes, and insights from dedicated and skilled teams. Expect challenging tasks with significant responsibility across various projects, integrating you into the team from the onset. On-the-job training will be provided, ensuring you become integral members of the team.
