Your role

As a Practice Admin at Baker Tilly Malaysia, you will do the work below:

• Manage Partners' agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, etc
• Manage Partners' monthly claims, timesheet, traveling log, etc
• Manage meetings, lunch arrangements, minutes preparation, etc
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
• Create and update records and databases (i.e. archiving and lockdown dates for the group)
• Track office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Assist on other ad hoc matters when necessary
