Your role

As a member of the Business Performance Improvement Team, you will Manage performance Improvement Initiatives of the Firm, with a focus on improving the following: 

• Utilization of technology, automation, and resources.
• Alignment across the Firm and branches.
• Elimination of “waste” in daily operational processes.
• Paperless.
• Work efficiency and productivity.
• Cost efficiency.

The bulk of your working hours should involve you having to: 

• Assist in executing various internal and external analyses to help drive decision-making and project execution.
• Support the development of strategic recommendations based on insights gleaned from data analysis and update on a periodic cadence, including identifying and prioritizing major cross-departmental initiatives by synthesizing internal business performance and competencies.
• Assist in facilitating and executing improvement initiatives by engaging stakeholders, subject matter experts, and team members in process improvement exercises, and influencing change within the firm. Form working relationships with people across departments and leverage those relationships to drive your problem-solving initiatives.
• Support preparation of presentations for discussion at various levels of the firm.
• Assist in managing multiple project timelines and milestones.
