Your role

Astro Young Talent Programme (AYTP) is 18 months stream-based rotation programme to be part of Astro's journey. You will participate in the following activities:

• Be part of Astro’s key business areas and work with our industry experts to create magic moments, compelling content, products, and experience for our customers
• Learn and grow in your role through our comprehensive career development programme via blended learning, gamification, business simulations, coaching and mentoring, and a series of structured development interventions programme
• Opportunity to be upskilled digitally and be part of our Young Talent Community Network

Training & development

Astro offers i.e. Creative, Product & Experience, and Tech & Data for this programme. You will join the onboarding section to discover Astro's culture. Then, you will be rotated based on your career aspiration and business imperatives. After that, you will learn new skills in the real world with market-leading L&D tools and resources. In the last section, you will get coaching and mentoring to give feedback.

Career progression

After graduating from this programme, you will be one of the Creative, Product & Experience, and Tech & Data teams at Astro.
