Your role

As a Product & Operations Support Intern at Astro Malaysia, you'll play a key role in assisting with product management and operational tasks. This includes supporting the team with project coordination, analyzing data to identify trends and issues, and helping to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Project Management Support:
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects within the Product & Operations team.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Process Optimization and Support:
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base, updating articles accordingly.
  • Optimize chatbot and AI systems to improve accuracy.
  • Respond directly to user inquiries in the app store, addressing basic product-related questions.
  • Optimize the classification process of support tickets and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintenance and Operational Activities:
  • Assist in the generation and management of coupons, support marketing campaigns, and manage the refund process.
  • Build and manage a new content inventory database for Sooka assets, ensuring accurate cataloging and lifecycle management.
  • Document and organize operational processes using Confluence.

Requirements

• Preference: Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management
• Good communication and writing skills in English
• Positive attitude and ability to think on the job to solve problems
• Good learning aptitude
