As an intern, your key responsibilities include:

  • Dive into the exhilarating world of travel by conducting price checks on all flight products, including AirAsia flights and FlyBeyond.
  • Analyze collected data with precision and finesse to ensure top-notch accuracy in delivering insights to the management team. 
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry by monitoring competitors' promotions for AirAsia flights and FlyBeyond. 
  • Check partnership promotions of all flight products - AirAsia flights, FlyBeyond.
  • Assist in product checks on a tactical basis, responding swiftly to emerging needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, from handling close-out requests to creating HMS hotel shells. 
  • Lead the charge in price benchmarking against competitors and internal suppliers.
  • Provide exceptional support for customer concerns and post-booking inquiries.
  • Support executing tactical campaigns for both hotels and flight + hotel packages.
