Your role

Internship duration: Minimum of 3 to 6 months, preferably 6 months.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Creating safety posters for OSHE and SMS.
• Updating the OSHE Hazard Register and SMS Hazard Register.
• Participating in OSHE inspections to ensure workplace compliance with regulations.
• Involvement in safety committee activities and emergency response preparedness.
• Updating the OSHE Management System as needed.
• Organizing safety events like Safety Day, Safety Bulletins, and quizzes.
• Introducing new ideas for digitalizing safety processes.
• Assisting in preparing the workplace for accolades such as the MSOSH Award or audits related to OSHE.
• Promoting safety and health awareness among staff and vendors.
• Offering fresh perspectives and ideas to improve OSHE/Safety management systems.
