Your role

As a Desktop Support Intern at AirAsia Malaysia, you will carry the following tasks and responsibilities: 

• To have exposure to managing the IT equipment stores, tagging, records & deployment.
• Assist with the IT equipment installation, configuration & setup.
• To provide end-user computing technical support, related assistance & guidance.
• Participate in staff onboarding & offboarding support and deployment. 
• involved in Meeting Room Video Conferences system support & troubleshooting.
• Partnering with an internal team or external vendor for support or assistance as required.
• Assist superior in managing related end-user computing files & documentation.
• To ensure all the process executed complies with the policies and SLA are met.
• Experienced in technical support for different offices across AirAsia Group in Malaysia.
