Your role

As a Policy Owner Services - Hong Kong Market at AIA Malaysia, you will be responsible for the following roles:

• Handle policy holders' requests mainly on policy maintenance and change requests such as Change of Address, Beneficiary, Ownership, Conversion of Policy, etc.
• Handle email inquiry from Agent about requests/cases received.
• Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded.
• Ensure that the quality, including presentation and accuracy of service provided, meets or exceeds our customer and business partners’ expectations.
• Ensure that the productivity meets or exceeds defined minimum performance standards.
• Ensure that the tardiness meets the benchmark.

Training & development

AIA has some learning centers such as AIA Leadership Centre, AIA Elite Academy, and AIA Premier Academy. Each learning has its own goals. AIA also provides comprehensive training to succeed in your roles. In the beginning, the new employees will get an onboarding section to learn company values and culture. For this position, you will be trained in after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes such as new business, renewals, and change requests from individual policyholders for the Hong Kong Market. About you
