Job Responsibility : 

  • Lead the development of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) institutionalization plan (“the plan”) through mapping of EVP pillars across employee’s lifecycle and touchpoints. The plan shall be covering internal and external employees with the proposed interventions leveraging on the different media channel, partnership and visual modality.
  • Design and lead online & offline employment branding deliveries, including creating content for email campaigns, identifying partnership opportunity and suggesting budget in support of the plan.
  • Develop, measure, track and report progress and effectiveness of the plan vs. delivery in meeting the intended outcome. Iterate, recommend solutions and implement improvements to drive the adoption and increase the success rate of the plan.
  • Seek new opportunities via on-going analysis/review of employer branding trend, channel vs. prospective employee and other information as part of performance and growth potential.
  • Build productive working relationship and key liaison person with relevant local HR and Group HR team to effectively manage the delivery of the plan and Group-level implementation related to EVP, employment branding etc.
  • Additional duties include planning and overseeing the production of all printed materials including social media account. The incumbent may also develops and manages recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as radio, print, billboards, websites, direct mail and social media.

Job Program : 

  • Design and develop appropriate Management Trainee programme where applicable including orientation programmes, soft skills, rotation plan and technical training where appropriate. Partner with HRBP and Learning & Development team, as well as relevant internal stakeholders to leverage existing materials or propose new solutions when appropriate
  • Coordinate, manage and execute identified process and solution for Management Trainee programme including development programmes to identify and build internal pool to strengthening partnership with internal and external stakeholders e.g., universities, student unions etc.
  • Communicate development opportunities outlining recommended training and development needs and initiatives for successful execution of Management Trainee programme which is aligned to the overall Company’s purpose and mission.
  • Curate and build long-term/ trusted relationships with universities, associations, and relevant agencies, to ensure access to quality, ready-made pool and ease of selection for the Management Trainee programme, including, increasing marketing and branding footprints.
  • Execute, review and prepare report – for individual and cohort’s effectiveness and improvement areas – and iterate the plan to ensure higher outcome and ROI for the programme.
